Beauty salon booking software
Beauty salon booking software
Clients choose their treatment, their therapist and a time that is genuinely free — on a page that looks like your salon. You get one calendar, one client history, and appointments that stop slipping through the messages.
- Appointments taken while both hands are busy
- Each therapist's day readable on its own or beside the others
- Turnaround time built into every treatment, not squeezed in after
- Patch tests, allergies and preferences written down where they stay

OUT OF THE INBOX. INTO ONE CALENDAR.
Beauty salon booking software that respects how long a treatment really takes.
Beauty appointments vary wildly — a brow tidy is fifteen minutes, a full set of lashes is two hours, and the room needs turning round in between. Kevonia lets you define each treatment honestly, decide who is trained to perform it, and then stops anything from being booked over the top of it.
THE SOFTWARE, ON FILM
From a full treatment list to a booked room.
Half a minute inside the workspace itself: the morning figures, one therapist's week lifted out of the salon view, building her profile, and a client booking her own facial.

THE SALON, WITHOUT DIGGING
Four screens that answer the questions you ask every morning.
What is booked, who is in, what you charge for it, and what has actually been paid.
The whole salon on one grid, or one therapist on her own.
Move between the week and a single day, and narrow the view to whichever therapist a client is asking for. Open any appointment from the grid to change the treatment, hand it to a colleague, or cancel it — the availability check runs before the change is accepted.
- A colour per therapist so the day reads at a glance
- Breaks, leave and closures drawn into the grid
- Nothing is allowed to land on top of an existing booking

The patch test, the allergy, the shade she asked for last time.
Every client carries a record: contact details, how many times she has visited, when she was last in, and a private note only the salon can read. Skin reactions, patch test dates, tint numbers, the treatments she has declined — all of it in one place.
- Search by any part of a name, email or number
- Visit count and last visit shown before you open it
- Notes stay put no matter who performs the next treatment

A page that looks like your salon, not a booking marketplace.
Share one link from your website, your Google listing or your Instagram bio. Clients pick a treatment, pick a therapist qualified to do it, and see only the times that are genuinely open — including the turnaround the room needs afterwards.
- Only therapists trained in that treatment are offered
- A gap too short for the full treatment never appears
- Ask for a deposit before the slot is held

WHAT IT DOES ALL DAY
Detailed where treatments demand it. Plain everywhere else.
A therapist joining on Monday should be running her own column by Monday afternoon without a training session.
Booking outside opening hours
Clients book when they finally sit down in the evening. Your page is open then, showing exactly the availability you would give over the counter.
One calendar the salon shares
Week or day, the full team or a single therapist, with a colour per person so nobody has to read the names to know whose client just arrived.
Records that carry forward
Patch test dates, sensitivities, product reactions and preferences live on the client, so the next therapist is not starting from nothing.
Treatments timed honestly
Each treatment gets its own length, its own turnaround, its own price, its own deposit, and its own list of therapists who may perform it.
Availability that matches reality
Opening hours per weekday, several breaks a shift, therapist leave and holidays, and the closures around training days and refits.
The room cannot be sold twice
Hours, breaks, leave, closures and existing appointments are all checked before a booking saves, so two clients never arrive for the same slot.
Reminders that protect long slots
An email goes out the day before with links to move or cancel. A two-hour lash appointment released the night before can still be resold.
ONE SUBSCRIPTION. NOTHING WITHHELD.

BEFORE AND AFTER
Where a beauty salon loses hours it never charged for.
Rarely on the treatment itself. Usually in the messages answered between clients, the consultation card nobody can find, and the two-hour slot that emptied at eight the night before.
ONE APPOINTMENT
The month costs about one facial.
Stop a single no-show with a deposit, or let one client book a Tuesday afternoon that would have sat empty, and the subscription has already paid for itself. Everything you take after that is untouched — there is no commission.
TREATMENT MENUS ARE NEVER THE SAME
A lash studio and a skin clinic should not be pushed into the same rigid template.
Define your own treatments, durations, turnaround, prices, deposits, qualified therapists, opening hours and booking window. Kevonia adapts to the way your salon works instead of asking you to reshape the work around the software.
Build your menuOPENING, IN THREE MOVES
Beauty salons are usually taking online bookings the same afternoon.
Get the essentials in first — the fine detail can be adjusted between clients over the following week.
Set up the salon
Name, photo, address, time zone, currency, and how far ahead you want clients booking.
Add treatments and therapists
Each treatment with its duration, turnaround and price, then your therapists and the hours they work.

SALONS ALREADY WORKING THIS WAY
The cost tends to disappear inside the first few weeks.
Fewer messages left unanswered, fewer gaps in the book, and appointments arriving while the salon is dark.
We've been using Kevonia for several months and it has completely changed how we manage appointments. Our clients love how easy it is to book online, and we save hours every single week.
By far the best salon booking software we've used. It saves us time every day, and the online booking process has increased the number of appointments we get.
The automatic reminders have significantly reduced our no-shows, and scheduling has never been easier. It's simple, reliable, and our clients constantly compliment the booking experience.
I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. Within a single day our entire salon was set up and running smoothly. The interface is clean, modern and genuinely easy to use.
Managing multiple stylists used to be a challenge, but this keeps everyone's schedule organised. It helps us stay more efficient while giving our clients a better experience.
Excellent software with outstanding support. Our clients appreciate being able to book anytime, and we appreciate having everything in one place. I'd recommend it to any salon owner.

Treatments, therapists and opening hours are the whole of setup. Most salons share their link inside an hour.
The client book is yours
Client details and treatment notes belong to your business, and card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
THE SAME WORKSPACE, OTHER TRADES
Beauty rarely stops at one treatment list.
Salons that add hair, nails, lashes or massage to the treatment menu run the lot from one calendar and one client history. These pages describe the same software for each of those trades.

What makes this beauty salon booking software rather than a general calendar?+
Treatments are not interchangeable blocks. Each one in Kevonia carries its own duration, its own room turnaround, its own price, its own deposit and its own list of therapists qualified to perform it — and the booking page only ever offers combinations that genuinely work.
Can I stop untrained staff being booked for a treatment?+
Yes. Every treatment is assigned to specific therapists. A client booking that treatment online is only shown the therapists who perform it, and you cannot accidentally hand it to someone who is not on the list.
Where do patch tests and allergies get recorded?+
In the private notes on the client record, alongside their visit history. Only your team can see them, and they stay with the client whichever therapist takes the next appointment.
Does it allow turnaround time between clients?+
Yes. Every treatment has a cleanup or turnaround period on top of the treatment time. The booking page counts that in, so a client can never take a slot that leaves you no time to reset the room.
Can I take a deposit on longer treatments?+
Yes. Connect Stripe and set a deposit on any treatment. Most salons leave the short appointments free to book and only ask for a deposit on the long or high-value ones.
How do clients change or cancel?+
The confirmation and the reminder both contain links to move or cancel the appointment. Cancelling is only permitted inside the notice window you set, and you are notified the moment it happens so the slot can be resold.
Is there a charge per therapist?+
No. One flat price covers unlimited therapists, appointments, clients and treatments, so bringing someone new into the salon costs nothing extra in software.
Can two clients end up in the same slot?+
No. Every save is checked against your opening hours, that therapist's breaks and leave, any salon closure and every existing appointment. If it clashes, it is refused rather than saved.
How much time does setting it up take?+
Most salons are live the same day. Salon details, treatment menu, therapists, opening hours — then share the link. A checklist inside the app takes you through each step in order.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Nothing is charged during the fourteen days and no card is needed to begin. After that it is $49.99 a month, and you can cancel from your billing settings at any point.
Can I look around before signing up?+
Yes. The demo workspace is a fully populated salon with appointments, therapists, treatments and revenue already in place, so you can try the calendar before creating an account.
