Barbershop booking software
Barbershop booking software
Your regulars book their own slot with their own barber, at two in the afternoon or two in the morning. The shop keeps one calendar, one client list, and a chair that fills itself.
- Regulars rebook in ten seconds without ringing the shop
- Every barber gets their own column and their own hours
- Slots as short as your quickest skin fade, not fixed half hours
- Card up front on the appointments that keep going missing

LESS PHONE. MORE CUTTING.
Barbershop booking software that keeps up with a fifteen-minute chair.
Shops turn clients over faster than almost any other appointment business, and most scheduling tools were never designed for it. Kevonia lets you run short intervals, give each barber their own hours, and let regulars rebook themselves — so the phone stops interrupting the work it is supposed to be bringing in.
WATCH IT WORK
From the shutters going up to a booked chair.
Just under thirty seconds of the actual software: the morning numbers, one barber's week pulled out of the shop view, adding someone new, and a client booking his own cut.

THE SHOP AT A GLANCE
Four screens. The whole shop, before the first client sits down.
What has come in today, who is on the chairs, what you charge, and what has landed in the bank.
Three chairs, three columns, one screen by the door.
Pull up the week or drop into a single day. Filter to one barber when a client asks for them by name, or leave it on the whole shop to see where the gaps are. Tap any booking to change it, move it to another barber, or cancel it.
- A colour per barber, readable across the room
- Breaks and days off drawn straight into the grid
- A conflicting change is refused, not saved

Number two on the sides. Written down, not remembered.
Every client gets a record with their number, how often they come in and when they were last through the door — plus a private note only the shop reads. Guard length, parting, the beard shape, the fact he hates the neck shave.
- Search a name, a number or an email and find them
- Last visit and visit count before you open anything
- Notes survive whichever barber takes the chair

One link that works harder than a landline.
Put it in the Instagram bio, on Google Maps, on the mirror as a QR code. Clients pick the service, pick their barber, and only see slots that barber genuinely has free. It drops into the calendar the second they confirm.
- Only barbers who do that service are shown
- A gap too short for the cut never appears
- Take the money up front, or settle in the shop

WHAT YOU GET
Fast enough for the chair. Simple enough for a new barber.
If the newest person on the floor cannot work it on their first shift, it is the wrong tool for a shop.
Booking while the shutters are down
Half of all bookings get made outside opening hours. Your page takes them at midnight with exactly the availability you would give over the counter.
A column for every barber
See the whole shop or one person, in week or day view, colour-coded so nobody misreads whose client just walked in.
A client list worth keeping
Numbers, emails, visit history and private notes in one place instead of scattered across three phones and a wall of Post-its.
Short services, timed properly
A skin fade, a beard trim and a cut-and-beard are different lengths. Give each its own duration, cleanup, price and deposit.
Hours that match the rota
Different opening times per day, breaks through the shift, barber holidays, and the shop closures around bank holidays.
One client per chair, always
Hours, breaks, time off, closures and existing bookings are all checked before a booking is allowed to save.
Fewer empty chairs
A reminder goes out the day before with links to move or cancel. A slot given back on Friday night still sells on Saturday.

BEFORE AND AFTER
What a busy phone line costs a barbershop.
Nobody leaves a voicemail for a haircut. They ring, they get the tone, and they walk into the shop two doors down instead.
THE MATHS IS SHORT
$49.99 is about two cuts.
Two extra heads in a month covers it. One Saturday no-show stopped by a deposit covers it. Every booking after that is entirely yours — the shop is never charged a commission.
NO TWO SHOPS RUN THE SAME
A one-chair shop and a six-chair floor need the same freedom, not the same template.
Choose your own services, lengths, prices, deposits, slot interval, opening hours and how far ahead people can book. Kevonia fits itself around how the shop already works rather than making you change the way you cut.
Set the shop upTHREE THINGS AND YOU ARE OPEN

SHOPS ALREADY ON KEVONIA
Most shops make the money back inside a few weeks.
Fewer calls going unanswered, fewer gaps at peak, and a chair that keeps booking after the shutters are down.
We've been using Kevonia for several months and it has completely changed how we manage appointments. Our clients love how easy it is to book online, and we save hours every single week.
By far the best salon booking software we've used. It saves us time every day, and the online booking process has increased the number of appointments we get.
The automatic reminders have significantly reduced our no-shows, and scheduling has never been easier. It's simple, reliable, and our clients constantly compliment the booking experience.
I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. Within a single day our entire salon was set up and running smoothly. The interface is clean, modern and genuinely easy to use.
Managing multiple stylists used to be a challenge, but this keeps everyone's schedule organised. It helps us stay more efficient while giving our clients a better experience.
Excellent software with outstanding support. Our clients appreciate being able to book anytime, and we appreciate having everything in one place. I'd recommend it to any salon owner.

Nothing up front
The trial opens without a card. If the shop does not take to it, do nothing and it simply stops.
Live today
The price list, the barbers and the hours are the whole job. Most shops are sharing the link within the hour.
Your clients stay yours
The client list and its notes belong to the shop, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe.
OTHER TRADES ON THE SAME SYSTEM
Not only barbering? The rest of the trade is covered too.
Shops that also do beards, brows, tattoos or nails run all of it from the same calendar and client list. These pages cover the same software in the words of each trade.

Why use barbershop booking software instead of a wall diary?+
A diary cannot answer the phone at eleven at night, cannot stop two people being written into the same chair, and cannot tell you what guard a regular takes. Kevonia does all three, and it keeps working when the shop is shut.
Can each barber have their own hours and days off?+
Yes. Every barber gets their own working hours per weekday, their own breaks, their own holidays and their own list of services. The calendar shows all of them side by side, or one at a time.
Can I run short slots?+
Yes. The slot interval is yours to set, so a shop working in fifteen-minute cuts is not forced onto half-hour blocks. Each service also carries its own duration and cleanup time on top of that.
Do clients have to create an account to book?+
No. They pick a service, a barber and a time, then leave their name and contact details. That is the whole flow — nothing to sign up for and nothing to download.
Can I ask for money up front?+
Yes. Connect Stripe and put a deposit on any service, or take the full amount online. Many shops leave a quick cut free to book and only put a deposit on the longer or peak-time appointments.
What happens with walk-ins?+
Add them straight into the calendar yourself. Online booking and walk-ins share the same calendar, so a slot filled at the door is immediately unavailable online.
Does it stop double bookings?+
Yes, and it is usually the reason shops move over. Every save is checked against your hours, that barber's breaks and time off, any closure and every existing booking. A conflict is refused rather than saved.
Is there a cost per barber?+
No. One flat price covers unlimited barbers, bookings, clients and services, so putting another person on a chair costs nothing extra in software.
How long does it take to set up?+
Usually under an hour. Shop details, price list, barbers, opening hours — then share the link. A checklist inside the app takes you through it step by step.
What happens after the fourteen days?+
Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed to start it. After that it is $49.99 a month, cancellable from your billing settings whenever you want.
Can I have a look round first?+
Yes. The demo workspace is a fully loaded shop with bookings, barbers, services and takings already in it, so you can work the calendar before giving us an email address.
