Esthetician scheduling software
Esthetician scheduling software
Every client carries their own record — what was used, what reacted, what is scheduled next. The schedule allows for downtime between treatments, and clients book themselves without a message going unanswered.
- Contraindications and reactions on the record, not in a drawer
- Peels and courses scheduled with the right gap between them
- Only certified estheticians offered for a given treatment
- Room turnaround counted in, so the day does not compress

THE CHART MATTERS AS MUCH AS THE DIARY.
Esthetician scheduling software that keeps the skin history beside the appointment.
Skin work is a sequence, not a series of unrelated visits. What you used last time decides what you can use this time, and how long you have to leave between them. A generic scheduler will book the slot and forget the rest. Kevonia keeps the history on the client, the downtime in the treatment, and both of them in front of whoever is treating.
THE PRACTICE, ON FILM
From a first consultation to a booked course of treatments.
Half a minute inside the workspace: where the week stands, one esthetician's schedule, setting up her protocols, and a client booking her own facial.

THE PRACTICE AT A GLANCE
Four screens that answer the morning's questions.
What is booked, who is treating, how the protocols are priced, and what has settled in the account.
What you used, what reacted, what is safe next time.
Every client keeps a record with their contact details, how many times they have been treated, when they were last in, and a private note only your practice reads. Acids and strengths, retinoid use, sun exposure, the patch test date, the reaction that means never again.
- Search any part of a name, email or number
- Visit count and last visit before you open it
- The note stays with them across every esthetician

A peel is not a facial with a different name.
Each treatment carries its own length, its own room turnaround, its own price and its own list of certified estheticians. Set the booking horizon and minimum notice so a course of treatments is spaced sensibly rather than crammed into a fortnight.
- Duration and turnaround defined per protocol
- Only certified estheticians can be booked for it
- Minimum notice and booking horizon under your control

The message you cannot answer with gloved hands.
Share one link from your site, your Google listing or your Instagram bio. Clients pick a treatment and a certified esthetician, and see only the times that genuinely work with the turnaround counted in. It lands in your week immediately.
- Only estheticians certified for it are offered
- A gap too short for the protocol never appears
- Ask for a deposit before the room is held

WHAT IT KEEPS TRACK OF
Rigorous with the record. Light with everything else.
The notes have to be reliable. The software around them should stay out of the way.
A history that survives
Products, strengths, patch tests, sensitivities and reactions live on the client rather than on a card in a drawer.
Protocols timed honestly
Each treatment gets its own duration, its own room turnaround, its own price and its own deposit.
Certification respected
A treatment is assigned to the estheticians trained in it, so it cannot be handed to somebody who is not.
Spacing you control
Booking horizon and minimum notice let you keep a course of treatments properly spaced instead of stacked.
Booking outside treating hours
Clients book in the evening, which is exactly when you are not able to answer a message anyway.
One client per room
Hours, breaks, leave, closures and existing bookings are all checked before anything is allowed to save.
Reminders that protect long slots
A day-before email with links to move or cancel, so a ninety-minute protocol released the night before can still be resold.

PAPER CHART VERSUS THIS
Where a skin practice loses time it never billed for.
Rarely in the treatment room. Usually in the folder that will not give up last October's notes, and the message answered ninety minutes after it arrived.
ONE FACIAL
The month costs less than a single treatment.
One no-show stopped by a deposit, or one client booking a midweek afternoon that would have stood empty, and the fee is already covered. Nothing is taken from what you earn beyond it.
SKIN WORK COMES IN MANY SHAPES
A solo treatment room and a six-bed clinic need the same records, not the same rules.
Set your own protocols, durations, turnaround, prices, deposits, certifications, hours and spacing. Kevonia arranges itself around how your practice treats rather than imposing somebody else's protocol list.
Set your protocolsOPENING TAKES THREE STEPS
Most practices are taking online bookings the same afternoon.
Get the protocols in first — the spacing rules can be tuned once you see how clients use it.
Describe the practice
Name, photo, address, time zone, currency, and how far ahead clients may book.
Add protocols and staff
Each treatment with its duration, turnaround and price, then your estheticians and what they are certified for.
Publish the link
Website, Google Business Profile, Instagram bio — wherever clients already look for you.
PRACTICES ALREADY ON KEVONIA
The consultation card stops being the weak link.
Fewer messages answered between clients, fewer gaps in the week, and a skin history that is actually there when you need it.
We've been using Kevonia for several months and it has completely changed how we manage appointments. Our clients love how easy it is to book online, and we save hours every single week.
By far the best salon booking software we've used. It saves us time every day, and the online booking process has increased the number of appointments we get.
The automatic reminders have significantly reduced our no-shows, and scheduling has never been easier. It's simple, reliable, and our clients constantly compliment the booking experience.
I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. Within a single day our entire salon was set up and running smoothly. The interface is clean, modern and genuinely easy to use.
Managing multiple stylists used to be a challenge, but this keeps everyone's schedule organised. It helps us stay more efficient while giving our clients a better experience.
Excellent software with outstanding support. Our clients appreciate being able to book anytime, and we appreciate having everything in one place. I'd recommend it to any salon owner.

THE SAME TOOLS, OTHER TRADES
More than skin work under one roof?
Practices that also offer lashes, nails, massage or hair run the whole lot from this one schedule. These pages describe the same software in each trade's own words.

What makes this esthetician scheduling software rather than a general calendar?+
Skin work depends on what came before it. Each protocol carries its own duration, room turnaround, price and certified staff list, and every client carries a private record of products, strengths, patch tests and reactions — so the person treating is never working from memory.
Where do contraindications and patch tests go?+
In the private notes on the client chart, next to the visit history. Only your team can read them, and they stay with the client whichever esthetician takes the next appointment.
Can I stop an uncertified esthetician being booked for a peel?+
Yes. Each treatment is assigned to specific people. Clients booking online only see the estheticians certified for that protocol, and it cannot be handed to somebody who is not on the list.
Can I control the gap between treatments in a course?+
You control the booking horizon and the minimum notice, which is what most practices use to keep a course sensibly spaced. Each protocol also carries its own turnaround so the room is never double-committed.
Does it allow for room turnaround?+
Yes. Every treatment has a turnaround period on top of the treatment time and the booking page counts it in, so a client can never take a slot that leaves you no time to reset and sanitise.
Can I take a deposit on longer protocols?+
Yes. Connect Stripe and set a deposit on any treatment. Most practices leave short appointments free to book and ask for money up front on peels, courses and anything over an hour.
Does it work for a single treatment room?+
Yes. A solo esthetician runs one schedule with one set of hours; a clinic runs several side by side. Nothing about the setup changes except how many people you add.
Is there a charge per esthetician?+
No. One flat price covers unlimited staff, bookings, clients and protocols, so bringing somebody in costs nothing extra in software.
How much setting up is involved?+
Most practices are live the same day. Practice details, protocol list, estheticians, opening hours — then share the link. A checklist inside the app walks you through each step.
And after the fourteen days?+
Nothing is charged during the fourteen days and no card is needed to begin. Afterwards it is $49.99 a month, and you can cancel from your billing settings at any point.
Can I look round before signing up?+
Yes. The demo workspace is a fully populated practice with bookings, staff, treatments and revenue already in place, so you can use the schedule before creating an account.
