Hair salon booking software
Hair salon booking software
Clients pick their stylist, their service and a genuinely free time on your own booking page. You keep cuts, colour, processing time and every chair in one calendar the whole floor can read.
- A colour client can book a four-hour slot without phoning you
- Every stylist sees their own column, or the whole floor at once
- Processing and cleanup time is built into the service, not guessed
- Deposits hold the long appointments that hurt most when they vanish

THE FLOOR, WITHOUT THE FRONT DESK.
Hair salon booking software written for a day of cuts, colour and processing time.
Generic diaries assume every appointment is a neat half hour. Hair does not work like that. A root touch-up, a full head of foils and a dry cut all need different durations, different cleanup, and often a different stylist — so Kevonia lets you define each one properly and then trusts the calendar to protect it.
THE SALON, RECORDED
A Tuesday morning, from first coffee to last blow-dry.
Under half a minute inside the real thing: the takings so far, a stylist's week pulled out of the floor view, setting someone up, and a client booking her own colour.

FOUR SCREENS THE FLOOR ACTUALLY USES
Open it in the morning. Understand the day in seconds.
The takings so far, who is on which chair, what is on the menu, and what has cleared into your account.
One column per stylist. No more crowding round the desk.
Switch between the full week and a single day, then filter down to whoever you need. Open any appointment straight from the grid to change the service, move it to another stylist, or cancel it — the conflict check runs before the change is allowed to save.
- Colour-coded so each stylist reads their own row instantly
- Breaks, lunch and holidays drawn into the day
- Nothing saves on top of an appointment that already exists

The formula from eight weeks ago, on the screen in two seconds.
Every client keeps a record: contact details, how many times they have been in, when they last sat down, and a private note only your team reads. That is where the formula, the developer, the timing and the thing they said about their fringe belong.
- Type any part of a name, email or number to find them
- Visit count and last visit shown before you open anything
- Notes stay attached however many times they rebook

One link in the Instagram bio does the front-desk job.
Your page carries your salon name, a photo, your address and your hours. Clients choose the service, choose their stylist, and only ever see times that are genuinely open on that stylist's chair. Then they enter their details and it lands in your week.
- Only the stylists who do that service are offered
- A slot too short for the service is never shown
- Ask for a deposit before a long slot is held

WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES
Enough depth for a colour bar. Simple enough for a Saturday.
A new stylist should be able to work the calendar on their first shift without anyone standing over them.
Bookings after closing time
Most clients rebook late at night, long after the salon is dark. Your page is awake for them, with the same availability you would read off the wall.
A calendar the floor can share
Week or day, everyone at once or one stylist alone, with a colour per person so nobody has to squint at names.
Colour history that survives
Formulas, allergies, sensitivities and preferences live on the client, not in a stylist's phone. When they move salon, the record stays.
Services timed like real hair
Cut, root tint, full head, toner, treatment — each with its own length, its own cleanup, its own price and its own deposit.
Hours that match your rota
Different opening hours per day, several breaks a shift, stylist holidays, and the closures around Christmas and stock takes.
The chair cannot be sold twice
Every save is checked against hours, breaks, holidays, closures and existing bookings, so two clients never arrive for the same stylist.
Fewer empty chairs on quiet days
The reminder goes out the day before with a link to move or cancel. A colour slot released on Thursday night can still be filled on Friday.
ONE PRICE. THE WHOLE THING.
What comes with Kevonia Business for a hair salon.
No tiers, no per-stylist charge, no cut of your takings. Everything on this page is switched on from the first minute of your trial.

THE DIARY VERSUS THIS
Where the money quietly leaks out of a hair salon.
It is rarely the work. It is the call nobody could answer mid-colour, the formula nobody wrote down, and the Saturday slot that stayed empty because a client cancelled at 9pm.
ONE COLOUR CLIENT
A single saved appointment covers the month.
One no-show recovered by a deposit, or one balayage booked at midnight into a gap you had written off, and the subscription is already back in your pocket. There is no commission on anything after that.
HAIR IS NOT ONE BUSINESS
A blow-dry bar and a balayage studio should not be forced into the same diary.
Set your own service lengths, your own processing and cleanup time, your own prices, deposits, opening hours and booking window. Kevonia bends to the way your salon already runs instead of asking you to re-learn the job.

SALONS ALREADY ON KEVONIA
It usually pays for itself before the first month is out.
One less no-show, one less missed call, and chairs that keep filling after the door is locked.
We've been using Kevonia for several months and it has completely changed how we manage appointments. Our clients love how easy it is to book online, and we save hours every single week.
By far the best salon booking software we've used. It saves us time every day, and the online booking process has increased the number of appointments we get.
The automatic reminders have significantly reduced our no-shows, and scheduling has never been easier. It's simple, reliable, and our clients constantly compliment the booking experience.
I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. Within a single day our entire salon was set up and running smoothly. The interface is clean, modern and genuinely easy to use.
Managing multiple stylists used to be a challenge, but this keeps everyone's schedule organised. It helps us stay more efficient while giving our clients a better experience.
Excellent software with outstanding support. Our clients appreciate being able to book anytime, and we appreciate having everything in one place. I'd recommend it to any salon owner.

OTHER TRADES, SAME WORKSPACE
Not just hair? Kevonia runs the rest of the building too.
Plenty of salons cut hair at the front and do nails, brows or facials in the back. The same calendar, client book and booking page cover all of it — these pages just describe it in the language of each trade.

What salon owners ask first.
Rather see it than read about it? Open the live demo workspace and click through a full week on the floor.
What makes this hair salon booking software rather than a generic diary?+
Hair appointments are not uniform blocks. Kevonia lets every service carry its own length, its own cleanup or processing time, its own price and its own deposit, and lets you decide which stylists perform it. A dry cut and a full head of foils are treated as the different appointments they are.
Can each stylist have their own calendar?+
Yes. The salon calendar shows the whole floor colour-coded by person, and one click narrows it to a single stylist's week or day. Each stylist has their own working hours, their own breaks, their own holidays and their own service list.
How do clients book a colour appointment online?+
They open your booking link, choose the colour service, choose a stylist who performs it, and see only the times where that stylist has a gap long enough for the whole appointment including processing and cleanup. They enter their details and it appears in your calendar immediately.
Can I take a deposit before holding a long slot?+
Yes. Connect Stripe and set a deposit on any service. Long colour appointments are the ones a no-show hurts most, so most salons put a deposit on those and leave quick cuts free to book.
Where do colour formulas go?+
On the client record, in the private notes only your team can see. They sit next to the visit history, so the stylist can read what was mixed last time before the client is even in the chair.
What stops two clients being booked into the same chair?+
Every attempt to save a booking is checked against your opening hours, that stylist's breaks and time off, any salon closure and every appointment already in the calendar. If it conflicts, it is refused rather than saved and sorted out later.
Does it work for chair renters and salon suites?+
Yes. Give each person their own hours, their own service list and their own prices, and the calendar keeps them separate while still showing you the whole floor when you want it.
Is there a charge per stylist?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members, appointments, clients and services at one flat price, so taking on another stylist costs you nothing in software.
How soon can the salon be taking bookings?+
Most salons are live the same day. The setup is your salon details, your service menu, your stylists and your opening hours — a checklist inside the app walks you through each one.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
Nothing is charged during the fourteen days and no card is asked for. Afterwards you can continue at $49.99 a month, or let it lapse. Cancelling is a button in your billing settings.
Can I look around before creating an account?+
Yes. The demo workspace is a fully populated salon — real-looking bookings, stylists, services and takings — so you can work the calendar before you type in an email address.
