Barber shop appointment software
Barber shop appointment software
Book a regular's next cut before he is out of the chair, drop a walk-in into the gap that just appeared, and let everybody else book themselves online. One diary handles all three.
- A walk-in goes in as fast as anything booked ahead
- Rebook a regular for four weeks' time in seconds
- A nudge the day before he is due, so peak slots do not evaporate
- Every regular on record: how often, with whom, how he has it

and walk-in alike
THE WHOLE DAY, NOT JUST THE BOOKINGS.
Barber shop appointment software that copes with the walk-in as well as the diary.
Most shops are not purely appointment-only or purely walk-in — they are both at once, all day. Software that only understands booked appointments makes the walk-in an interruption. Kevonia treats them as the same thing: somebody sitting in a chair for a known length of time, in a diary anybody in the shop can read.
THE DAY, RECORDED
Appointments, walk-ins, and everything in between.
Under thirty seconds of the real thing: where the day stands, one barber's week, adding somebody to the rota, and a regular booking his next appointment.

THE SHOP, FOUR SCREENS
Everything you check between clients.
What has been taken, who is booked, what you charge for it, and what has reached the account.
The walk-in is not an interruption to the software.
Somebody comes in and there is twenty minutes free on the second chair. Enter him and it is done — the slot is immediately gone from the online page, so nobody books it from the bus on the way over. No separate list, no reconciling two systems at close.
- Walk-ins entered in the same few taps as anything else
- The online page updates the instant a chair fills
- One set of takings at the end of the day, not two

The next appointment, booked before this one ends.
The best moment to book a regular's next cut is while he is still in the chair. Open his record, pick the same slot four weeks out, done. He gets the confirmation before he has paid, and you have next month's Saturday already half full.
- His usual barber and usual service are already there
- Book weeks ahead without leaving his record
- The confirmation email goes out on its own

Saturday is worth more than Tuesday. Treat it that way.
A reminder goes out the day before with links to move or cancel, so the man who is not going to come says so on Friday night rather than at half past ten on Saturday. Put a deposit on the slots you cannot afford to lose and leave the quiet hours free to book.
- Automatic reminders with move and cancel links
- Deposits on the appointments that matter
- A released slot goes straight back on the page

WHAT IT LOOKS AFTER
Built for a shop that never runs to a neat schedule.
If it cannot cope with three walk-ins and a phone call in the same ten minutes, it is not shop software.
Booked and walk-in together
One diary, one set of chairs, one total at the end of the day. Nothing has to be reconciled between two systems.
Every regular on record
How often he comes, who cuts it, what guard, and the fact that he always wants the beard squared off.
Reminders before the peak
The day-before email is what turns a silent no-show on Saturday into a cancellation on Friday night.
A rota that reflects reality
Different hours per day, breaks through the shift, days off, and the closures around bank holidays.
One man per chair
Hours, breaks, days off, closures and existing appointments are all checked before anything is saved.
Money handled in the same place
Card takings and deposits, run by Stripe, with the payment status sitting on the appointment itself.
Nothing lost when plans change
Cancelled appointments are kept and searchable, and any of them can be restored if he rings back.
ONE FEE FOR THE WHOLE SHOP
What Kevonia Business gives a barber shop.
No tiers, no charge per chair, no cut of the till. Everything here works from the first minute of the trial.
The diary
Where the day is actually managed.
- A week at a glance, or one day up close
- Filter to one barber
- A colour for every chair
- Walk-ins and bookings entered the same way
- Clashes refused before saving
- Notes attached to the appointment itself
The booking page
Your shop, on your own link.
- kevonia.com/your-shop as the shop's address
- A photo, a description, the address, the hours
- Service, barber, day, then time
- A filled chair disappears immediately
- Built to work on a phone
- Turn online booking off any time
The regulars
Everything you would otherwise memorise.
- No ceiling on how many you hold
- Look a regular up from whatever you can remember
- How many visits and when he last came
- Private notes for guards and preferences
- Still quick when the list runs to thousands
- His details attached to every booking
The board
Timed and priced the way you charge.
- However long the board happens to be
- Length plus cleanup between clients
- A price each, with money up front where you want it
- Assign services to the barbers who do them
- Keep something off the online page
- What he reads before choosing it
Barbers and the rota
Bookable when they are genuinely in.
- Unlimited barbers, never a per-chair fee
- A picture, a colour, an email and a number
- His own list of services
- Each barber's hours, set day by day
- Every break in the shift, given a name
- Days off, holidays and the shop shutting
Taking the money
One place, one set of figures.
- Cards taken through Stripe
- Deposits on the slots worth protecting
- Payment status on every appointment
- Every transaction listed and totalled
- Paid across to the shop's own account
- Stripe wired in without leaving the app
The rules
The shop decides, not the software.
- How far forward the diary will open
- How much notice a cancellation has to give
- A slot interval that fits short cuts
- The shop's zone, currency and details
- Cancelled appointments kept and put back
- A bright screen and a dark one

BEFORE AND AFTER
Where the day gets away from a busy shop.
Usually somewhere between the phone ringing mid-fade, the walk-in nobody wrote down, and the regular who meant to rebook and never did.
THE MATHS IS SHORT
Two cuts a month and it has paid for itself.
One Saturday no-show prevented, or two extra heads that booked at midnight, covers the whole fee. Everything after that is entirely the shop's — there is never a commission on a booking.
NO TWO SHOPS RUN ALIKE
Appointment-only, walk-in-only, or the usual messy mixture.
Set your own services, lengths, prices, deposits, slot interval, hours and booking horizon. The software does not have an opinion about how your shop should work — it just has to keep up with it.
Set the shop upTHREE MOVES AND IT IS RUNNING
Most shops are managing the day on it by closing time.
Get the basics in, share the link, and tidy the rest between clients.

SHOPS RUNNING THEIR DAY ON IT
The difference shows up in the quiet hours, not the busy ones.
Fewer no-shows at peak, fewer gaps midweek, and a regular who rebooks before he leaves rather than six weeks later.
We've been using Kevonia for several months and it has completely changed how we manage appointments. Our clients love how easy it is to book online, and we save hours every single week.
By far the best salon booking software we've used. It saves us time every day, and the online booking process has increased the number of appointments we get.
The automatic reminders have significantly reduced our no-shows, and scheduling has never been easier. It's simple, reliable, and our clients constantly compliment the booking experience.
I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. Within a single day our entire salon was set up and running smoothly. The interface is clean, modern and genuinely easy to use.
Managing multiple stylists used to be a challenge, but this keeps everyone's schedule organised. It helps us stay more efficient while giving our clients a better experience.
Excellent software with outstanding support. Our clients appreciate being able to book anytime, and we appreciate having everything in one place. I'd recommend it to any salon owner.

Managing the day today
The board, the barbers and the hours are the whole setup. Most shops are running on it inside the hour.
Your regulars stay yours
The client list and its notes belong to the shop, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe.
THE SAME SOFTWARE, OTHER TRADES
Barbering plus something else through the door?
Shops that also do hair, tattoos, brows or nails run all of it from the same diary. These pages describe the same software in each trade's own words.

Does barber shop appointment software work if we take walk-ins?+
Yes, and most shops that use it are doing both. A walk-in is entered into the same diary in the same few taps, and the chair disappears from the online page the moment you do it — so nobody books the slot on their way to the shop.
How do I rebook a regular?+
From his record, while he is still in the chair. His usual barber and usual service are already filled in, so booking the same slot four weeks out takes a few seconds and the confirmation reaches him before he has paid.
Can I stop people cancelling at the last minute?+
You set the notice window. Inside it he can cancel online, which is what you want — a slot released on Friday night still sells on Saturday. Beyond that point he has to speak to you, and you can put a deposit on the peak appointments as well.
What happens to a cancelled slot?+
It goes straight back on the booking page for anyone else to take, and you are notified. The cancelled appointment is kept rather than deleted, so it can be restored if he changes his mind again.
Can each barber have his own rota?+
Yes. Every barber has his own working hours per weekday, his own breaks, his own days off and his own list of services. The diary shows them all side by side, or one at a time.
Do clients need an app?+
No. They open your link in a browser, pick a service, a barber and a time, and leave their details. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can it handle short appointments?+
Yes. You set the slot interval yourself, so a shop working in fifteen-minute cuts is not forced onto half-hour blocks, and each service carries its own duration on top of that.
Is there a cost per barber?+
No. One flat price covers unlimited barbers, appointments, clients and services, so putting another man on a chair costs nothing in software.
How much setting up is there?+
Usually under an hour. Shop details, the board, the barbers, the opening hours — then share the link. A checklist inside the app takes you through it.
What happens after the free trial?+
Nothing is charged during the fourteen days and no card is needed to start. Afterwards it is $49.99 a month, cancellable from your billing settings whenever you like.
Can I have a look before signing up?+
Yes. The demo shop is fully loaded with appointments, barbers, services and takings, so you can work a whole day before giving us an email address.
